Specification

1) Wire Dia.: Φ0.8mm~Φ1.6mm (The ellipticity of wire Dia. less than 0.005mm).

2) Speed: the design speed is Max 20m/s, the actual work speed is affected by wire diameter and linearity.

3) The seemly specification of paper pail:

Φ500mm×800mm (Dia. × height), the packing weight of wire is 0-250Kg (solid welding wire)

Φ660mm×750mm (Dia. × height), the packing weight of wire is 0-350Kg (solid welding wire)

4) Straightener: the horizontal direction of 2 groups and the vertical direction of 2 groups, each group has 13 killing

rollers, total 52 rollers. The killing roller processed with 608 bearing.

5) Traction and feeding capstan: Dia. is Φ1000mm, horizontal installation (Horizontal installation of capstan shaft).

6) Wire feeding mode: belt wrapped wire on capstan.

7) Pay off mode: the inverter drive AC motor, constant tension and active feeding wire, driven motor is AC 22KW

(The motor power is compatible with the paying-off bobbin).

8) Bobbin Dia.: Φ800mm (We can design pay off machine according to customer’s different bobbins).

9) Control system

a) System controlled by SIEMENS PLC, Touch panel is WEINVIEW.

b) Inverters are Inovance made in China, motors are made in China.

c) All parameters and speed control with full digital adjustment not use potentiometer.

d) The main low voltage electrical components using Schneider, relay using IDEC.

e) The main pneumatic components are FESTO, Germany imported products (Except for the brake cylinder of

paying-off machine and the jacking cylinder of bobbin).

10) Air pressure requirement: ≥0.5MPa.

11) Power: AC380V/50Hz, 32KW (The actual working power is about 6KW).

12) Space: 10000*2400*4300mm (Length*width*height), Dimensions of which equipment: 8000*2200*3800mm

(Length*width*height).

13) Weight: about 6T.
